FlipFlow lets you convert PDFs, images, and text into beautiful interactive flipbooks, and generate AI-illustrated bedtime storybooks. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our service.

Use of the Service

FlipFlow provides users with a comprehensive platform to create, customize, and share interactive flipbooks. Features include:

• Uploading PDFs or images to generate page-flipping flipbooks
• Customizing style, background, music, logo, and interactive elements
• Collecting leads via embedded lead capture forms
• Generating AI-illustrated bedtime storybooks from text input
• Sharing flipbooks publicly or privately with password protection

You agree to use the service in accordance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

User Accounts and Registration

• You acknowledge that you do not own the underlying technology or intellectual property that makes up the FlipFlow service, and you agree to respect the intellectual property rights of flippingbooks.org and any third parties.
• You retain ownership of the original content you upload (PDFs, images, text). AI-generated storybook content is provided to you for personal and commercial use within the bounds of these Terms.
• The core FlipFlow platform remains the property of flippingbooks.org.

AI Story Generation and Trial Limits

FlipFlow offers an AI-powered feature that generates illustrated bedtime storybooks based on user-provided text. Because AI generation consumes computational resources and incurs costs:

• New users (prior to any paid subscription) receive 3 free AI flipbook creation attempts.
• Once the free trial limit is reached, continued AI flipbook generation requires an active paid subscription.
• Trial usage is non-transferable and applies per account.
• We reserve the right to adjust trial limits with reasonable notice.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using FlipFlow:

• Uploading content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or harmful to minors
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the platform's proprietary technology
• Using the AI generation feature to produce content that violates third-party rights or applicable laws
• Sharing account access or trial credits with unauthorized parties
• Interfering with or disrupting the security or performance of the service
• Using the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempting to bypass any security features, trial limits, or subscription checks
